While different fulfillment houses, or even different orders, may have various processes, a basic process looks something like this:
1.The order is entered into the fulfillment house’s system (unless the method by which you transmitted it put it directly into their system).
2.The order is printed as a packing slip in the fulfillment house’s warehouse.
5.The packed box is weighed.
6.The box is labeled with a carrier-compliant label.
7.The completed order, now ready to ship, is deposited with the carrier.
