Studies show as many as 20 percent of the United States population moves every year! That is why it’s mandatory for all mailing lists to be processed through NCOA (National Change of Address) USPS-approved data files prior to submitting your direct mail project for mailing. NCOA processing uses data updated by the U.S. Postal Service every week to identify individuals, families and businesses that move. KD Mailing & Fulfillment will incorporate the new information in your in-house mailing list to keep it current and only use good mailing records to save you the cost of mailing to outdated addresses. We will also provide you with those NCOA updates so you can add them to your house list or database file.
